First, God Bless you for having 5 children :)! Have you tried contacting your childrens school or local social services office about their schools supplies. I dont know about in your area but in NC schools do provide school supplies to children who are in need of them. Also on http://babygirlnat.yolasite.com/, I have a very long list of work at home companies that are phone and non-phone job possiblities, these are legit work at home jobs. I hope this helps.
